LTU recommends that all international students register with the two primary landlords offering student accommodations: Lulebo AB and Lindbäcks Fastigheter AB.

Lulebo offers dorm rooms with a capacity of one person, and unfurnished apartments of different sizes. There is a selection of apartments available around campus for students enrolled at LTU, while other non-student accommodations are available all over Luleå.

Lindbäcks have furnished single bed student apartments in varying sizes up to 37.5 m². In the larger sized apartments, students may be able to add an extra bed at their own expense. The company also offers larger unfurnished student apartments.
